OUR TEAM
Small in size, big on passion ✨
At Little Stars Musical Theatre, we may not have a large staff — but what we do have is a small, dedicated team of professionals who are incredibly passionate about what we do.
Each member of our team brings their own unique experience, energy, and creativity to our classes, and together we create a warm, supportive environment where every child can feel safe to express themselves and grow.
Because we’re a small team, we get to know every child personally and build strong, trusting relationships with our students and their families. You’ll always see familiar faces at class — and we’re always on hand to offer encouragement, guidance, and a whole lot of fun!

Miss Suzanna
Director - Teacher
DSL - FIRST AIDER - FIRE WARDEN
After years of studying and performing Drama and Musical Theatre, my real joy and passion comes from teaching children.
Giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent and believe in themselves is the most rewarding thing I've ever experienced!
Everything in life becomes easier with confidence, a skill that can be taught through performance.
Nurturing this business as well as the children is something I am incredibly passionate about.
Finding the star in every child
Even the ones you least expect!

Miss Abi
Teacher
Professional Actor - Dancer - Singer
We are absolutely delighted to have Miss Abi as part of the Little Stars team!
With a wealth of experience and knowledge in performing arts, Abi brings incredible energy, talent, and professionalism to every class. Her passion for musical theatre shines through in everything she does, and she has a wonderful way of inspiring the children — not just with her skills, but with her warmth and encouragement.
The children truly look up to her, and it’s easy to see why. Abi creates a safe, supportive space where each child feels seen and celebrated, whether they’re stepping into the spotlight or just beginning their journey.

Miss Niamh
Teaching Assistant
Professional Actor - Singer
We’re so lucky to have Niamh as our wonderful Teaching Assistant at Little Stars!
Niamh is no stranger to the spotlight, having played leading roles in productions such as Annie, Matilda, and many more. Her talent, stage experience, and love for performing make her an incredible role model for our students.
But what truly makes Niamh special is her kindness, patience, and natural ability to connect with children. She’s always there with a helping hand—whether it’s guiding a nervous performer, supporting rehearsals, or cheering on every child as they grow in confidence.
Niamh plays a vital part in the classroom, assisting with everything from warm-ups to choreography, and offering one-to-one support when it’s needed most. She leads by example, showing our Little Stars just how far passion and perseverance can take you.

Miss Louise

Professional Opera Singer
Musical Theatre vocal coach at the prestigious Wilkes Academy, Louise brings a wealth of experience, technical skill, and passion for performance to our team.
We are so delighted to have Louise sharing her incredible knowledge with our children.
Louise is the mum of our founder, Suzanna — and is delighted to be getting more involved in her daughter’s growing business venture.
Together, they’re a powerhouse of passion, talent, and support for the next generation of performers.

Miss Caitlin
Teacher
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Caitlin and her Studio CANS truly sit at the heart of our new and improved dance offering at LSMT. Led by the brilliant Caitlin, whose choreography is consistently creative, dynamic, and beautifully musical. She challenges dancers to push beyond their comfort zones while ensuring they feel confident, supported and capable at every stage of their journey. As a teacher, she brings passion, patience, and an infectious love of dance, creating an environment where discipline and joy exist side by side.
For so many of us, CANS studio is far more than a place to train, it has become our home for production training with hours of time spent there.
